underwhelming gymoverpowering scent
The hotel gym was rather underwhelming. It claims to be a proper gym, but I found only a few fitness machines. I also thought the scent pumped into the lobby was overpowering, a cheap aftershave smell. It gave me a headache before breakfast, and really, who needs that?

The hotel provided an well-equipped gym and this helped me maintain my workout routine during my vacation. The breakfast included many options ensuring satisfaction. The staff proved to be responsive, answering questions and offering valuable suggestions for local attractions.
I found that power sockets were not conveniently located near the bed and this made charging devices overnight difficult. It would be much more convenient to have accessible charging points on both sides of the bed.

The staff responded quickly to queries and provided helpful recommendations for places to see. Any requests received immediate attention making it a very professional experience. I am grateful for the superb attention I received.

The breakfast options were diverse and satisfying offering plenty of choices. I received a voucher for a welcome drink of port upon arrival to the roof bar. The staff provided helpful and polite service at all times.

The room provided comfortable accommodations. I enjoyed excellent views. I appreciated the big size of the room. It was quiet and peaceful. The carpet was clean and in good condition.

The hotel had a pool and a gym. These amenities provided nice opportunities for relaxation and exercise. The hotel offered free parking in the underground car park which was very helpful. I was very grateful for these amenities.

Fantastic Stay at an excellent Hotel
friendly staffeasy exploration
The breakfast buffet included many options (i especially liked the fresh fruit). The staff were very friendly and ready to assist me. Juan Silva and the rest of the team ensured my visit was enjoyable. The hotel location made exploring the city quite easy.

The breakfast offered an excellent selection of ham, cheeses, fruits, and veggies. I purchased the room with breakfast included and it was worth it.
The bathroom plumbing was not good as water did not run away from the basin easily. I found it difficult to regulate water temperature in the bath
